We currently deliver to Mainland UK VAT-eligible locations only (some areas may incur surcharges).

• Pre-12 Noon Delivery: Available for Mainland UK orders placed before 3 PM, subject to stock availability. If ordered after 3 PM, we will do our best to fulfil your request, depending on product availability and carrier acceptance.
• Delivery Schedule: Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays. While we strive to meet your delivery dates, we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
• International & Offshore Deliveries: For shipping to Southern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or mainland Europe, please contact us for a competitive quote.

Failure to Deliver on Time

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are not delivered within 30 days (or the agreed timeframe), customers have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Liability for Damaged Goods in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we (the seller) are responsible for ensuring goods arrive in satisfactory condition. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as needed.
