Like all Gunnebo chain slings, this assembly is supplied fully tested, tagged, and ready for immediate use—finished in the brand’s signature yellow coating for high visibility and corrosion resistance.

Configuration and Components
Each Gunnebo 4-leg chain sling includes the following components:

• Master Link MF: This top fitting includes an engineered flat, making it compatible with a wide range of crane hooks and lifting points. It provides a strong and secure top connection for multi-leg slings.
• Four Chain Legs: Made from high-quality Grade 8 alloy steel chain, specifically selected for strength, flexibility, and long service life under load.
• Safety Hook BKG or Safety Hook EGKN on Each Leg: A self-locking hook that automatically secures once the load is applied, preventing accidental disengagement during lifting or lowering operations.
• Optional Grab Hook OG:  For use with a Grade 8 Chain Sling.  No reduction of Working Load Limit, thanks to supporting lugs on either side of hook to prevent chain link deformation.

This configuration is ideal for lifting larger and irregularly shaped loads where load distribution across three legs offers greater control and reduced stress on lifting points.
