Refund and Returns Policy
Returning an Item
If you need to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing lifting@arbil.co.uk. Include your order reference number (AL***)**, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to send the item back. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- A restocking fee may apply due to the nature of our products.
- Once authorised, the return must be completed within 14 days, or the request will be closed.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If an item is ordered incorrectly, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exclusions
Our returns policy does not apply to:
- Products from third-party suppliers.
- Custom-made or made-to-order items, including Chain Slings, Chain Blocks, Pump Lifting Chains, Chain Lengths, Hoists, and Wire Rope Slings
Processing Refunds
- Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 working days after we receive the returned item.
- PayPal refunds may take 5-10 working days, while refunds to a credit/debit card may take 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday).
