1. About Us
We are Arbil Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 01406906. Our registered office and main trading address is Providence Street, Lye, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY9 8HS. Our VAT number is GB 333 100421.
By placing an order with us, you (the customer) agree to the following terms, in conjunction with our general terms & conditions.
2. Prices
- Our products are available through our website www.arbillifting.co.uk, catalogue, and trade centre.
- Prices may change periodically. Printed materials, such as catalogues or advertisements, will state the validity period for listed prices.
- We may offer discounts or price reductions within a valid catalogue period.
- The website always displays the current price.
3. Payment
- All purchases require full payment at the time of ordering.
- Payments are processed via Stripe, and we accept most credit and debit cards.
- Your payment is processed upon dispatch of your order.
- We only accept orders accompanied by full payment.
4. Order Dispatch
- For items in stock, we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt.
- Until full payment is received, goods remain the property of Arbil Limited.
5. Delivery
- We deliver to UK addresses from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends & national holidays.
- Large items may be shipped via a pallet delivery service.
- Most orders are delivered the next working day, though delivery times may vary for remote locations (e.g., Scottish Highlands).
- Premium delivery options are available depending on location and time of order.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.
6. Receiving Orders
- A signature is required upon delivery unless you provide written authorisation otherwise.
- We are not responsible for delivery issues due to a lack of signature.
7. Stock Availability
- We maintain stock to avoid shortages, but high demand may cause temporary delays.
- If an order is delayed by more than a few days, we will notify you.
- For premium delivery orders or extended delays, we will provide updates on order progress.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via phone.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Custom-made items (e.g., special manufacturing orders) are non-refundable and may only be credited at our discretion.
- You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving standard (non-custom) goods, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
9. Warranty & Returns
- If a product is faulty, return it to our Lye office for inspection by a trained engineer.
- If covered under warranty, we will repair and return the product as quickly as possible.
- Arbil will cover the cost of return shipping if the product is reported as faulty. However, if our inspection determines that the fault is due to customer misuse or improper handling, the customer will be responsible for the repair costs and return postage.
- If the item is not under warranty, we will provide a repair quotation. Inspection charges may apply.
- We are not liable for business losses resulting from product failure.
- Some products come with extended manufacturer warranties in addition to our own guarantee.

10. Pricing & Errors
- We constantly update product details, prices, and offers.
- If an item is incorrectly listed, we will try to honour the incorrect price where possible.
- In rare cases where we cannot do so, we will contact you to resolve the issue.
- If no resolution is possible, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any payment made.
11. Unforeseen Circumstances
- We are not liable for delivery failures or order delays due to unforeseen events such as strikes, power cuts, natural disasters, or acts of terrorism.
12. Age Restrictions
- Some products may have age restrictions. By ordering, you confirm that you and the recipient are 18 years or older for applicable items.
13. Liability
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
- We do not accept liability for:
- Delivery delays except where failure to deliver breaches statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a premium delivery option was selected and the delay is unreasonable, the delivery charge may be refunded.
- Indirect or consequential losses from delayed or failed deliveries.
- Business losses due to product failure.
However, we do not exclude or limit liability for:
- Personal injury or death caused by our negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Defective products under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
- Our maximum liability is limited to a full refund of the goods purchased.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be resolved under English jurisdiction.
15. Secure Payments
- Our website uses Stripe for secure online payments.
- We do not store your card details. Transactions are processed securely using SSL encryption.
- We accept:
- Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, and Maestro
- If your card is 3D Secure enrolled, you may be required to enter your secure password during checkout.
